One of the exciting things that got me charged up after completing my first syndication was the thought of helping and serving others. In my other business, all the profit flows down to myself and my family. With syndications, there are many passive investors involved. Impact the lives of others!
Improving Properties To The Benefit Of All
It gets me excited to think about improving the property to the benefit of all the tenants at the property and to the benefit of each of the investors in the deal.
My first syndication included 44 limited partners. When we have a capital event either through a cash-out refi or through a property sale, the families for each of those 44 limited partners will also benefit.
Each of those families may use the funds for charity, for their children’s college education, for a memorable vacation, for a car or to help with the purchase of a new home or to roll into new investments. There are so many uses for the money to be generated by the investment that we are a steward over.
That gets me excited! There is a ripple impact!
In addition, think about all the lessons the limited partners will teach their children!
